As of January 1st of 2022, all CASH Pay patients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the services they may receive from our providers. As a result of this new law, we must now have ALL intake paperwork (including the declaration or whether patients intend to file with insurance or use our Cash Pay rates) at least three days prior to the scheduled first visit.
